Riley

I began CrossFit here in Woodinville when I was 15. I loved CrossFit and wanted to further my understanding of human performance, so I attended Regis University in Denver Colorado and earned my bachelors in Health and Exercise Science. Post college while in Denver, I worked for a nonprofit that assisted individuals with intellectual and development disabilities. I fell in love with that crowd, and decided I wanted to switch up my career and go to nursing school so I can further work with those individuals. Anyway!

I am super excited for the opportunity to meet everyone of you and hopefully help you on your health and fitness journey!
